Born January 24, 1958 in Lubbock, TX, he was the son of Linda Faye Cox Couch and Cecil William Couch.
Graveside Service: 2:00 PM – Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Boulevard, Salisbury, NC.
