Stanley Madison Hall

Stanley Madison Hall passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 76.

He was born on November 17, 1947, in Salisbury, NC to Harry Lawrence Hall and Annie Belle Morgan.

Stanley went to East Rowan High School and then later attended Catawba College. He served in the US Navy from 1968-1971. He did a tour in Vietnam and received decorations for National Defense, Vietnam Service, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother-in-law Bill Freeman.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Dianne Hall (married 1/28/1984); his sister Susie Freeman of Salisbury; his brother Chris Hall (and wife Susan) of Salisbury; his stepsons Jeffrey Holshouser and Richard Holshouser, both of Salisbury; his 3 step-grandchildren; and his 1 step-great-grandchild.

The service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday April 15, 2024, at Christiana Lutheran Church, 6190 US-52, Salisbury, NC 28146. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144. Military Honors will be conducted by the Lyerly Volunteer Joint Services Honor Guard.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for all memorials to be sent to the Christiana Lutheran Church.
