Aileen Elizabeth (Miller) Casey

Aileen Elizabeth Miller Casey, age 92, of Salisbury passed away Friday, March 30, 2018, at Carillon Assisted Living in Salisbury.  Aileen was born April 17, 1925 in Rowan County to the late Martha Trexler Miller and the late Lonnie H. Miller.

Aileen was a homemaker of the Baptist faith who loved baking and helping her neighbors in any way possible. She loved collecting stamps for her collection and sharing her baked goods with everyone.

In addition to her parents, Aileen was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Albert Lee Casey who passed away November 28, 2000, and four sisters and three brothers.

Those left to cherish her memory is her daughter whom she lived with for 17 years, Donna Casey Simmons, of Salisbury.

Visitation:  10:30 – 11:30 Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at the Chapel in the Pines at Rowan Memorial Park.  4125 Franklin community Center road, Salisbury, NC  28144 with service to follow at 11:30 with Chaplain Susan Morris officiating.  Burial will be in Rowan Memorial Park Cemetery.
