Henry Edward Wolf, Sr.

Henry Edward Wolf, Sr., 81, of Denton passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center.

Born in Augusta, New York on August 6, 1938, he was the son of the late Beatrice Stevens Wolf and Bruno Albert Wolf.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Betty Estey Wolf, who passed away on July 2nd, 2016; sisters, Virginia Bechard, and Barbara Roberts; brothers, Charlie Wolf and Leaman Wolf; parents, Beatrice Stevens Wolf and Bruno Albert Wolf.

He is survived by six sisters that reside in New York: Alberta Wolf, Rose Wolf Edick, Susan Wolf Moorehead, Jackie Wolf Reeder, Betty Tucker Hoffman and Sandy Wolf Scholl; seven children, John Fuller of Denton, NC, Brad Duteau (Mary) of New York, Charles Wolf (Barbara) of New York, Henry Wolf Jr. of High Point, NC, Bruno Wolf (Cynthia) of High Point, NC,  Kim Kearns, of High Point, NC, and William Wolf (Jessica) of High Point, NC;  17 Grandchildren and 32 Great-Grandchildren.

A service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 11:00 am at Denton Wesleyan Church, 16345 NC HWY 109 Denton, NC 27239. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
