Jeffrey Edmund Kling

Jeffrey Edmund Kling, 61, of Kannapolis., NC passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at CMC-Main in Charlotte. He was born on February 24, 1957 in Mineola, NY to the late Mary Lynch Kling and Richard Kling.

Jeffrey served in the USMC and worked as a Computer Tech and was of the Christian Faith.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Kling III, James Kling.

He is survived by his wife, Marian Lynn Brooks Kling, children; Lindsay Ruddell (Paul), Jerod Kling, step-children; Chris Johnston (Jana), Michael Johnston, father and step-mother, Richard Kling (Shirley), brothers; Mike Kling, William Kling, sister Teresa Jolliff and seven grandchildren.

Service: 1:00 PM graveside service Monday, April 2, 2018, at the Salisbury National Cemetery 501 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury, NC  28144 with the Rev. David Wilson officiating, Military Honors will be Accorded by the Lyerly Volunteer Honor Guard.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 1990 Fordham Drive, Suite 100 Fayetteville, NC  28304.
