Jessica Lynne Kenneway

On November 26, 2019 at 6:55 am Jessica Lynne Kenneway, 33 of Salisbury gained her wings at the Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury, NC.

Jessica was born in Freehold, NJ on June 21, 1986, which is where she resided before moving to Salisbury, NC in 2001. She attended East Rowan High School and RCCC where she obtained her GED in 2005.

Jessica lived a very creative lifestyle, had a heart of gold and a temper hotter than the Devil himself especially when it came to her children. 

Jessica is predeceased by her maternal grandmother Katharine Phyllis Piorkowski (LaForge-DeLucia) in 1999, her son Steven Gage Kenneway in 2011 and her father Robert Allen Wolcott in 2012.

Surviving are her husband Steven D. Kenneway, daughters Kaylee 13, Jaiden 12, Elizabeth 7, Gabriella 6 and a son Anthony 3 all of Salisbury, her mother Denise K. Wolcott, step-dad Jr Goodman both of Richfield, sisters Alyssa and Gianella of Richfield, step-sisters Sherri Earnhardt (Chris) of Rockwell, Stacey Nichols (Chris) of Richfield, Sandi Goodman of Oak Island..Aunts Tammy LaForge (Wesley Sowers) of Cleveland, Dawn Lohman (John) of Salisbury, Cindy Barkalow (Clif) of Howell, NJ , Tina Whitfield (Jimmy) of Jackson, NJ, Lauren Viteri of Salisbury... Uncles John LaForge (Lisa) of Howell, NJ, Jason DeSiato (Laura) of Richfield, NC, Jason P. DeSiato (Heather) of Jackson, NJ. Paternal step-grandparents Randal Goodman Sr and Dianne Massey both of Richfield, paternal grandparents Joseph and Stella DeSiato of Salisbury, maternal grandfather, John A. LaForge, Jr. of Freehold, NJ, along with many more aunts, uncles, cousins and a slew of friends.

When thinking of Jessica and those big beautiful eyes please celebrate all the good memories you shared with her. Life is way too short, it can change in a heartbeat at any given time! Make sure your loved ones know it and never speak words of anger or hate for they can NEVER be taken back! 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 @ East Corinth Baptist Church, 12510 Stokes Ferry Rd, Gold Hill, NC 28071.

Service will begin @ 2 pm in the church presided over by Brother Johnny Daniels followed by refreshments in the fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers donations to offset costs the family requests they be made in c/o Lynn Burris at Stars & Bars 723 Klumac Rd, Salisbury, NC 28145.
