Roby Cecil Snider

Roby Cecil Snider, 81, of Salisbury passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

Roby was born November 15, 1936 in Spencer to Roy and Edith Snider. He graduated from Spencer High School, class of 1956 and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Snider attended Tennessee Temple University, Palm Beach Atlantic, Miami Bible College and Moody Bible College. He pastored Boynton Baptist Temple Church in Florida, 1972-1976. He also worked for Seacrest Petroleum Company, a division of Gulf Oil Corporation in Boynton, Florida with his late brother, Roy Snider. He then worked and retired (1999) from the US Postal Service as a rural carrier.

He was a member of Family Worship Center.

He is survived by his wife, Inez Snider and his son, Emmanuel Todd Snider. Roby was loved by his family and friends. He will be missed!

Graveside Service: 10:00 AM Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury NC 28144 with military rites performed by the Lyerly Volunteer Honor Guard.
