Ruby Marie (Kelly) Barbee

Ruby Marie Kelly Barbee, 29, went to be with Jesus on June 1, 2018 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

Born in Rowan County on June 30, 1988, she was the daughter of Billie Joe Hodge and William Robert Kelly, Sr. of Salisbury.

In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jerry Barbee; daughter, Haylei Marie of Salisbury; brothers, William R. Kelly, Jr. of Virginia, Gary Lee Kelly (Brittany) of Salisbury, Cody Hodge of Gold Hill; sisters, Kenyatia Hillard of Gold Hill, Angela Mills (Michael) of Mooresville; grandparents, Peggy Wagoner (Wayne); grandmother, Barbara Powers; mother-in-law, Vickie Cox. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service: 3:00 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Anchor Baptist Church, 972 Hwy 152-E, China Grove, NC 28023 with the Rev. Richard Foy and the Rev. Ronnie Ingram officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral costs.
