Amber Marie Nieves, 39, of China Grove passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

Born in Cabarrus County on October 1, 1981, she was the daughter of Donna Blizzard and the late Doug Nicholson.

She was preceded in death by her father, Doug Nicholson; dad, Harold Blizzard; maternal grandparents, Roy and Mildred Slone; paternal grandfather, Fred Nicholson; mother-in-law, Antonia Mandujano; father-in-law, Roberto Huerta.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Mariano Nieves; son, Antonio Mariano Nieves; daughter, Serena Leeann Marie Nieves; sister, Tiffany Nicole Volois; step-sister, Angela Marie Blizzard.
