Ann Marlene Devendorf Heilig, 65, of Salisbury passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at her residence.
Born in Columbia, SC on December 2, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Mary Deelstra and Wilbur Devendorf.
Mrs. Heilig graduated from Rowan Cabarrus Community College and worked as a registered nurse throughout the area. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mitchell Lee Heilig.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Tony Heilig of Salisbury; son, Daniel Heilig (Amber) of Salisbury; brother, Scott Devendorf of Hampton, VA; sisters, Alice Keller of Elerbee, NC and Mary Frances Landsman of Raleigh; grandchildren, Maverick Heilig, Arden Heilig, and Hayes Heilig coming in October.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 205 St. Paul’s Church Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146 with the Rev. Mark Ryman and the Rev. Bill Ketchie officiating. Visitation will follow the graveside service.
