Belinda Kay (McHone) Artz

Belinda Kay McHone Artz, 67, of China Grove, passed away Friday September 29, 2023, at her residence.

Born March 19, 1956, in Franklin Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Marlene Goodwin and Roger L. McHone.

She worked for Pillowtex plants 1 & 16 for around 23 years. She enjoyed working outside with her flowers, cooking and traveling to the beach or mountains. She lived life to the fullest every day and loved spending time with her grandson.

She is preceded in death by both her parents and all her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years James “Jim” Artz Jr. married September 20, 1985, sons John Artz, Michael Lee McHone, daughter Debra L. Clayton (Michael), grandson Dakota C. Query.

Funeral Service will be held on 2:00 pm Friday October 20, 2023, at Salisbury National Cemetery. Rev. James Pauley of Faith Baptist Church to officiate service.
