Betty Frances Tesh Lanning (96) passed to glory 3/28/24. Born to Robert Mickey and Mable Wilson Tesh 1/5/28 in Lexington, NC. Graduate of Lexington High School 1945. Employed by Dacotah Cotton Mill and Coble Dairy both of Lexington; and Normans Draperies and Fiber Industry both of Salisbury. Member of Yadkin Missionary Baptist Church. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas (Tommy) Lanning; son, Alan Wayne Rumley; and grandson, Judah Nathaniel Mills. Survived by Cynthia (Cindy) R. Winecoff; Robert W. Lanning; Faith L. Mills (Roland R. Mills Jr); 8 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren; and special friends and caregivers.
She requests NO flowers and no service. Gravesite rites only which will take place Monday, April 1st, 2024, at 2 o’clock at Yadkin Missionary Baptist Church.
