Charlotte Darlene Harrison

 Charlotte Darlene Harrison, age 67 of Woodleaf NC, passed away at home on April 5, 2025, after a short illness.

She was born on April 14,1957, in Birmingham Alabama, and lived all her adult life in Woodleaf NC. She graduated from West Rowan High School in 1975. After graduation She worked at Wachovia Bank in Salisbury and later became a stay-at-home mom.

She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren who were her pride and joy.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Annie Sue Cooley and her brother Richard James Cooley of Woodleaf NC.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband James Timothy Harrison, her sons Mark Harrison and Lee Harrison of Woodleaf NC and her daughter Angela Harrison and grandchildren Kaelyn Jefferson and Ian Jefferson of Hubert NC. She is also survived by her father Richard Lee Cooley of Woodleaf NC, her sister Connie Antosek of Oak Island NC, brothers Travis Cooley of Woodleaf NC and Presley Sanders of Salisbury NC.

A private memorial service for family will be held to celebrate her life at a later date. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers at this time.

The family would like to thank Bayada Hospice of Rowan County NC for the end-of-life care given to Darlene. Because of their compassion and understanding, she was able to live with comfort and peace during the last few weeks of her life. We will always be grateful for the dedication and care given.
