Crystal Ridenhour Carter, 65, of Supply, NC, formerly of Rowan Co., passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center after a battle with cancer.
Born in Davie County, NC on December 6, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Peggy Lane Ridenhour and Harold Bruce Ridenhour.
Crystal was a retired phlebotomist and a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Salisbury.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Michael Carter, whom she married on November 18, 1978; son, Michael Bruce Carter, Sr. (Renee) of Wallace, NC; daughter, Ashley Lane Carter of the home; a brother in Arizona and a sister in Rockwell, NC; grandchildren, Michael Bruce Carter, Jr., Austin Chase Albright, Matthew Brett Carter, Addison Suzette Carter, and Travis Darnell.
Visitation: 11:00 AM-12:00 PM Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Rowan Memorial Park Chapel in the Pines, 4125 Franklin Community Center Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144.
Service: 12:00 PM Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Rowan Memorial Park Chapel in the Pines with Pastor Larry Perry officiating the service. Burial will follow in Rowan Memorial Park Cemetery.
