Cynthia Kay George Entrekin, age 64, of Salisbury, North Carolina, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 12, 2021.
Cindy was born on June 12, 1957, in Lancaster, Ohio, to Robert Lee and Lois Kay George. Cindy was a devoted daughter, mother, wife, and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her Mother, and survived by her Father. Cindy is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Jerry. She is also survived by her three beautiful children: Corrin, Katie Beth (Evan), and Ethan (Andrea). Cindy was a “Grammy” and “Nana” to six grandchildren: Gabriel, Kyler, Eli, Layla, Lilli, and Maxx.
Cindy loved the Dallas Cowboys and was their biggest cheerleader. She loved clothes and shoes, making gorgeous jewelry, and shopping at thrift stores. She enjoyed the beauty of nature: hummingbirds and flowers. She had a knack for decorating and could make any house a home. All who have ever known Cindy would say she was beautiful, her eyes and smile could light up any room. Her personality was magnetic. Cindy is also survived by her brothers: Doug (Betty) and Stephen (Stacey), and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by sister-in-law Judi (Tracy) Hopper and brother-in-laws Tommy and Benny Entrekin.
Service was held September 25, 2021 in Salisbury, NC.
