Dorothy Ann (McCauley) Mullenax

Dorothy Ann McCauley Mullenax, 54, of Salisbury passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

Born in Manassas, VA on January 15, 1968, she was the daughter of the late Patricia Collins McCauley and Ernest McCauley.

Mrs. Mullenax graduated from Parkview High School in Sterling, VA. She worked as a pharmacy floor manager at Giant Food in VA and as a pharmacy tech at Innes Street Drug. She attended Bethel Lutheran Church until her health would not allow her to go. She LOVED Mickey Mouse. She and her sisters took trips to Disney World yearly. She enjoyed playing games and loved arts and crafts. She also liked diamondettes, coloring, and going to the beach. She loved her animals and treated them like they were her babies.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Oltmanns.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Anthony Mullenax, Jr.; brothers, Kevin Collins (Rita) of Harrisonburg, VA and Kenneth Oltmanns of WV; sisters, Karen Oltmanns of Manassas, VA, Tuesday McCauley (Frank Stewart) of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Elaine Shields (Thelbert) of Sterling, VA; several nieces and nephews, and her fur babies, Hunter, Allie, Target, Roxie, and B.B.

Visitation: 12:00-2:00 PM Monday, June 13, 2022 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 355 E. Ridge Rd., Salisbury, NC 28144.

Graveside Service: 2:00 PM Monday, June 13, 2022 at Bethel Lutheran Church Cemetery with Pastor Mike Lang officiating.
