Dorothy June Roth

Dorothy June Roth, 99, of Salisbury passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Accordius Health in Concord.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 20, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Gus Rindfuss.

Mrs. Roth was a glassblower for many years in her prime. She was very religious and read her bible daily. She also enjoyed bowling and was in a league for many years. Mrs. Roth loved playing games with her grandchildren, with Bingo and Yahtzee being her favorites.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Nancy Ebert and Barbara Wood; son, Walter Scott; grandson, Tim Scott; husband, Joseph Roth.

Left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Diana Ferraro, Marsha Brennan, Mike Scott, Ryan Ferraro, Ron Ferraro, Randy Ferraro; twelve great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thank you to her great-granddaughter Shaina Eremity for being her caregiver for the last seven years.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the home of Marsha Brennan, 139 Willow Bend Lane, China Grove, NC 28023.

Burial will be held 4:30 PM Saturday September 3, 2022 at Zion Cemetery Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
