Edwin Elledge Obituary

Edwin Eugene Elledge, 69, of Spencer, passed away on Monday June 28, 2021, at W. G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury.

Born in Effingham County, Illinois on August 23, 1951, he was the son of the late Ruth Evelyn Stephens and Ernest Elden Elledge.

Edwin was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the US Army and worked as a cab driver.

He was preceded in death by his mother Ruth Evelyn Stephens, sister, Robin Beitz; brother, Stephen Elledge.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Roslyn Noldon-Elledge, whom he married on January 8, 1994; father Ernest Elledge and step mother Alice Elledge, daughter Erin Meeker; half-brothers, Joe Jackson, Jeff Jackson; 1 grand daughter and an abundance of nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial will be determined at a later date.
