Evelyn Faye Davis

Evelyn Faye Davis passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 72.

She was born on August 30, 1952, in Cherokee County, SC to the late Lilly Elizabeth Millwood and Coley Blease Childers.

Evelyn retired from Cannon Mills and later worked at Anna’s Linens in Concord. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and was a loving wife to her husband Donald.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Brian Bagwell, and her sisters Connie Ervin, Linda Benton, and Patsy Ervin.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Donald; sisters Margaret Griffin and Diane Gossett; mother-in-law Barbara Davis; sisters-in-law Bonnie Romans and Vivian Mosley; four grandchildren Ashley Bagwell, Savannah Bagwell, Brianna Bagwell, and Hunter Bagwell; as well as numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
