Hazel Hill Charles

Hazel Hill Charles, 74, of Salisbury passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Compass Healthcare Rowan.

Born in Salisbury on May 10, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Grace and Daniel McCoy Hill.

Hazel loved her family and her fur babies, Murphy and Tater.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Rick and Harry Hill.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Johnny Charles, whom she married on May 10, 2000; sons, Steve Casper (Cheryl) of Salisbury and Jeff Casper (Cindy) of Cameron, NC; daughter, Tammy Stafford of Salisbury; brothers, Coy Hill (Edna) of Faith, NC, Kenneth Hill (Becky) of China Gove, NC, Gary Hill (Joan) of Thomasville, NC, and Billy Hill (Cindy) of Salisbury; grandchildren, Jennifer, Andrew, Cody, Nicole, Justin, Kerry and Savannah and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Tabernacle, 3760 Stokes Ferry Rd., Salisbury, NC 28146.

Service: 11:00 AM Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Tabernacle with the Rev. Dr. Steve Holshouser officiating.
