Jacob Ryan Causey

Jacob Ryan Causey, 20, of Rockwell, passed away on Nov. 9, 2024.

Jacob was born on Feb. 11, 2004, to Tim Causey and Karen Casey Smith.

He was a 2022 graduate of East Rowan High School, where he was a member of the baseball team all four years.

Jacob was kind-hearted and loved by many. He dedicated his free time to his family and friends, with whom he enjoyed golfing, snowboarding, riding jet skis and working on trucks.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish Jacob's memory include his grandfather, Harold; brothers Jeffery Guertin, Daniel Guertin and Nicholas Guertin; sister Carrie Causey Liapis; uncle Travis Causey; aunts Jennifer Medinger and husband, Brad, and Lisa Walters and husband, Tim; and many nephews and cousins.

A celebration of Jacob's life is being held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 16, at Stanton Field, 118 S. Walnut GQ St. Granite Quarry, NC 28146.
