Jane (Kluttz) Peeler

Jane Kluttz Peeler, 87, of Salisbury passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022 at Autumn Care.

Born in Rowan County on June 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Eva Nash Kluttz and James H. Kluttz.

Mrs. Peeler was a graduate of East Spencer High School. She worked for the Rowan County Health Department, retiring with over 30 years of service. She was a lifelong member of Union Lutheran Church. Mrs. Peeler loved her family and enjoyed going shopping.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jody Peeler and sister, Billie Josey.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Timothy Peeler of Mocksville; grandson, T.J. Peeler of Mocksville; brother, James “Jimmy” Kluttz (Jean) of Salisbury; special nieces, Debbie Doby and Peggy Pegram and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be T.J. Peeler, Brandon Doby, Dustin Doby, Gary Kluttz, Blake Pegram, and Jake Keever.

The family would like to thank the staff of Autumn Care for the care that they provided Mrs. Kluttz.

Visitation: 9:00-9:45 AM Friday, June 3, 2022 at the Union Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 4770 Bringle Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146.

Service: 10:00 AM Friday, June 3, 2022 at Union Lutheran Church with Pastor Heidi Punt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
