Jerry Charles Stafford

Jerry Charles Stafford passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 86.

He was born on April 21, 1938, in South Carolina and was the son of the late Charlie Stafford.

Jerry retired after 30 years with the Salisbury Fire Department.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Betty Stafford and his daughter Jeri Stafford Zborall.

Left to cherish his memory are his son David Stafford (Cindy) of Salisbury; grandchildren Savannah Stafford, Tabitha Spillman, Lanay Spillman, and Alyssa Zborall; and great-grandchildren Colby, Aurora, Kane, Hannah, and Drannon.

A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00am on Friday April 4, 2025, at Rowan Memorial Park Chapel, 4125 Franklin Comm Center Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144. The graveside service, officiated by the Fire Department Chaplains, will be at 11:00 am at Rowan Memorial Park with Firefighter Honors by the Salisbury Fire Department.
