John Timothy Gardner, known as Tim, 62, passed away Monday morning, March 29, 2021 at Atrium Health Hospital, Concord, NC.
Tim was born May 20, 1959, in Cabarrus County to the late Clyde and Amy McDaniel Gardner. Tim was previously employed with Culp Brothers and Asplundh Tree Service.
Tim enjoyed fishing and cooking when his health was good.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Albert Gardner, a Viet Nam veteran, of Rockwell, NC.
He is survived by sisters, Gayle Smith of Mount Pleasant, NC and Sharon Smith of Wesley Chapel, FL, son, Michael Jones, Tampa, FL; numerous nieces and nephews.
