Joyce Hartman Obituary

Joyce Crowell Hartman, 90, of Salisbury passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

Born in Rowan County on January 28, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Exie Hyacinth Fogleman Crowell and Perry Cameron Crowell, Sr.

Mrs. Hartman was a homemaker and a loving mother.

I addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Hartman, Sr.; sisters, Phyllis Ray Crowell Allman and Sara Lou Crowell Barber; brother, Perry Cameron Crowell, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Robert D. Hartman, Jr. of Salisbury; daughter, Dianne Hall (Stanley) of Salisbury, Wanda Morris of Salisbury, Betty Jo Eller of Salisbury, and Sherry Bryant of Salisbury; sister, Judy Beacham of Salisbury; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
