Julie (Allen) Lewis

Julie L. Allen Lewis, 75, of Salisbury went to be with Jesus on December 21, 2020.

Born in Rowan County on November 25, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Julie Elizabeth Leinster and Archie Dalton Allen.

Julie loved listening to music and going to see special bands. She enjoyed going to the beach and listening to the ocean and eating crab legs. She liked going to the mountains, attending auctions, watching old westerns and the Hallmark channels. Her favorite activities included playing cards, dominoes, shopping and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids, going out to eat and shopping with friends and family. She was my Rock Star.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Julie Elizabeth Leinster; father, Archie Dalton Allen; son, John Kevin Lewis, Jr.; husband, John Arron Lewis, Jr., whom were married for 50 years.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Elizabeth Lewis MacLamroc (husband Ron); son, Scottie Lee Lewis (wife Jodi); grandkids, Alexis MacLamroc, Christal MacLamroc-Price, Scottie Lee Lewis, Jr., JulieAnn Lewis, Mitchell and Brandy; great grandkids, Madden Brook Price, Paisley Raelyn Price, Naomi, Jasper, Elijah, and Samantha; all family and close friends.

No service will be held due to COVID-19.
