Katherine (Gilbert) Seaford

Katherine Gilbert Seaford, 76, of Salisbury passed away on Thursday January 18, 2024, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

Born in Rowan County, NC on February 14, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Blanche Menster Gilbert and John P Gilbert.

Mrs. Seaford graduated from North Rowan High School in 1965. She worked in Childcare, as a Dietary Supervisor, and in Home Health Care.

She is preceded in death by her husband Glenn C Seaford (October 21, 2022) and she was the last of her siblings.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons Glenn Seaford Jr (Tara) and Johnathan Seaford both of Salisbury; and her daughter Marsha Settle (Jeff); grandchildren, Austin McIntyre (BriAnna), Brooke Settle, Brianna Settle Lefler (Cody), Nalani Seaford, and Katelyn Seaford; great-granchild, Salem McIntyre.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the ICU Team and First Responders.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM on Wednesday January 24, 2024, at Calvary Baptist Tabernacle, 3760 Stokes Ferry Road, Salisbury, NC, 28146. Service will follow at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Dr. Steve Holshouser officiating.
