Lindsey Taylor Miller, 25, of Lexington, our spiritual and beautiful angel received her wings on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
Born in Rowan County on April 1, 1996, she was the daughter of Amanda Miller-Dela Cruz and Jeremy Dela Cruz.
Lindsey attended North Rowan High School and enjoyed going to the beach. She was a beauty guru and loved all types of makeup and nails. She loved tennis, cheerleading, and softball and was in the NRHS marching band. She also played volleyball and was in the Brownies and Girl Scouts. Lindsey was a loving homemaker and mother, and was always full of life and willing to give back to all. She was bold and fierce. Lindsey collected angels and has now gained her wings.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Peggy and Monroe Miller and Sue and Ken Kluttz; to be mother-in-law, Leigh Grimes.
Left to cherish her memory are her fiance, Maxwell Grimes; sons, Gunner Grimes and Kaiser Grimes; and first baby Nico, her dog, sisters, Angelina Miller-Dela Cruz and Taylor Bradshaw, both of Salisbury; grandparents, Debra and Albert Miller of Salisbury and Julieta Dela Cruz of Norfolk, VA; uncles, Chris Miller (Shanna) of Salisbury, Kenneth Miller of Salisbury, and Jonny Dela Cruz of Norfolk, VA; aunt, Jennifer Dela Cruz-Vicente (Ronald) of Norfolk, VA; cousins, Lauren Miller, Abbie Miller, Emma Baker, Jaden Wright, Jasmin Vicente, Jocelyn Vicente, Jonny Dela Cruz, Jr. to be father-in-law, John Grimes; to be sisters-in-law, Lauren Grimes and Jessica Grimes; to be brother-in-law, Chase Grimes.
Graveside Service: 4:00 PM Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3265 Long Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146 with the Rev. Mike Motley officiating.
