Obituary
Loretta Lyon, 79, of Salisbury passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.
Born in Grayson County, VA on December 16, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Hazel Carico Barber and Ray Glen Barber.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Shelvy Lineberry and brothers, Harry Lee Barber and Glen Barber, Jr.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Danny Phillips (Alisha) of Landis, NC; daughters, Tammy Miller (Ronnie) and Brenda Bond (Allen), both of Salisbury; brother Harold Barber of Frise Va., sister Sandy Tate of Frise Va., brother in law Jimmy Lineberry of Frise Va., grandchildren, Aaron Miller (Matt), Brandi Phelps, Wade Phillips, Leah Phillips, and Ryan Phillips and several nieces and nephews.
Service: 10:00 AM Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144 with the Rev. Ken Reynolds officiating.
