Marie Louise Wade

Marie Louise Wade of Salisbury NC passed away on April 18th, 2026, at the age of 84.

She was born on November 1st, 1941, in Roxboro NC to the late Charlie Jones and Minnie Jones.

Marie worked at Beltone Hearing Center as a office manager and co-owner. She was always involved in her children's and grandchildren's events. Marie formerly worked as a hair stylist and youth director and enjoyed sewing, cooking, flowers, and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Tracie Leigh Wade, sisters Barbara Jones Wycle and Musette Jones Hall, and brother Charles Jones.

Left to cherish her memory is her spouse, Lee W. Wade, daughter Angela Melton, daughter Lisa Wade Thomas, son Todd Wade, grandchildren Matthew Thomas, Elizabeth Thomas Sparks, Nate Phillips, Justin Phillips, and 8 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday, April 27th, 2026, at Kannapolis Church of God 2211 West A Street Kannapolis NC 28081 from 11:30am-12:45pm, with a service following at 1:00pm conducted by Rev. Greg Sloop and Rev. Don Vess, and burial following at Rowan Memorial Park 4125 Franklin Community Center Rd Salisbury NC 28144
