Marsden (Broadway) Gilbert

Marsden Broadway Gilbert passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 67.

She was born on July 27, 1958, in Rowan County to the late Jack Broadway and Gerry Johnson Broadway.

Marsden was a student of West Rowan High School. She worked as a PCA at Carillon Assisted Living before retirement. She loved watching game shows and cooking videos. She also enjoyed being with her grandsons and spending time with her sisters.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Tommy Gilbert.

Left to cherish her memory are her sisters Tammy Buchanan and Cherry Richardson; son Christopher Gilbert; daughter Amanda Gilbert; and grandsons Trever Gilbert and Levi Wyrick.

A service was held at 4:00 pm on Friday November 21, 2025, at Landmark Baptist Church
