Mary Alice Wagoner Foutz, 64, of Salisbury passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Novant Health Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.
Born in Iredell County on July 9, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Frances Morris Wagoner and James Franklin Wagoner.
Mary attended Boyden High School. She was a homemaker and loved collecting Hello Kitty items. She loved Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Carolina Panthers and showed tremendous love for other people and animals.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny “Dog” Wagoner; sister, Frankie Taylor; grandson, Liam Trent; niece, Mandi Taylor.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Charles Foutz of Salisbury, whom she married on October 6, 1981; sons, Mark Foutz of Lynchburg, VA and Richard Franklin Foutz of Salisbury; daughters, Jamie Foutz of Salisbury and Mary Holly Foutz of Salisbury; sister, Eunice Brown of Germantown, NC; grandchildren, Hunter, Levi, Gabriella, Jaeda, Ayvah, Gracin, and Nevaeh.
Visitation: 11:00-12:00 pm Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Woodleaf Baptist Church, 7790 Woodleaf Rd., Woodleaf, NC 27054.
Service: 12:00 PM Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Woodleaf Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Williams officiating.
