Mildred Gail Eller, 86 years old, of Salisbury departed this earth on Thursday, October 21, 2021 to meet her Heavenly Father.
Born on March 12, 1935 in Caldwell County, she was the daughter of Kathryn and Will Livingston.
Mrs. Eller was educated in Caldwell County and worked raising her children, for Rowan Salisbury School Food Service, and for the Rowan Public Library.
She enjoyed her children and cooking for them. She also enjoyed word search and her Holy Bible. She was a member of Mt. Herman Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband McCoy Bruce Eller, Sr. of 66 years. Also children Mac and Dan Eller, grandson Curtis Bryant, brother Lloyd Teasley, sisters Hazel Auton and Troyleen Hester.
Those left to cherish her memories are seven sons and one daughter. Mark Eller (Bonnie) and Frank Eller (Sherry) both of Salisbury, Jack Eller (Teresa) of Woodleaf, Janie Bryant (Jim) and Kelly Eller, both of Salisbury, Joey Eller (Chris) of Rockwell, Bruce Eller, Jr. (Courtney) of Salisbury and Tyler Eller of Salisbury; grandchildren, Kathy, Rebecca, Paige, Jessica, Jonathan, Joshua, Tonya, Justin, Brandy, Tiffany, Jonathan, Abel, K.G., Aaron, Alex, Danny Jr., Connie, Skyler, Autumn, Jaydin, and Avery and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 10:30-11:00 AM Monday, October 25, 2021 at Sherrills Ford Road Baptist Church, 6455 Sherrills Ford Rd., Salisbury, NC 28147.
Service: 11:00 AM Monday, October 25, 2021 at Sherrills Ford Road Baptist Church. A private family entombment will follow at the Rowan Memorial Park Lakeside Mausoleum, 4125 Franklin Community Center Rd., Salisbury, NC 28144. The family will gather at daughter Janie Bryant’s home following the service.
