Patsy Dean Safrit

Patsy Dean Safrit passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 85.

She was born on January 14, 1940, in Rowan County to the late Clifford Beaver and Nell Brawley Beaver. Patsy worked as a seamstress and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Her hobbies included sewing, crocheting, collecting baby dolls, and reading her Bible.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Troy Ray Safrit and her sisters Sue Driver and Kathryn Upright.

Left to cherish her memory are her son Billy Waller and her granddaughter Jennifer Lynn Waller.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday December 18, 2025, at Bethel Baptist Church, 401 Depot St, Rockwell, NC 28138. Officiating will be Rev. David Fulp.
