Ricky Keith James

Ricky Keith James passed away at home on December 17, 2024, at the age of 69.

He was born on June 5, 1955, in Cabarrus County to the late Linda Sue Fish and Jerry Lee James.

Ricky graduated from South Rowan High School. He enjoyed playing bass guitar from a young age.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Newell and Mae James; his maternal grandparents William Robert Fish and Ethel Blanche Deal Fish; and his brothers Jerry Lynn James and Marty Robert James.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister Robin Morris (Terry) of China Grove; his daughters Melissa James Roseman of Salisbury and Amber James Clontz of China Grove; and his grandchildren Jake and Jenna Roseman of Salisbury, and Cayden and Victoria Clontz of China Grove.

A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials to be made to the Meals on Wheels of Rowan, 720 Grove St, Salisbury, NC 28144.
