Robert "Bobby" Homer Knotts

Robert “Bobby” Homer Knotts Jr. passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 65.

He was born on November 7, 1958, in Rowan County to the late Robert Homer Knotts Sr. and Ethel Kesler.

Bobby was the owner of Knotts Lawn Care. Earlier in his life he worked for M.A.N. Bus Manufacturing of Cleveland and Lane Punch Machine Shop.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Bryan Knotts.

Left to cherish his memory are his son Dakota “Cody” Knotts (Shelby) of Linwood; his sister Kristina Renee Shirley (Jeff) of Salisbury; his 2 grandchildren Emma and Ryan Knotts; and his 2 half-brothers, Ed Knotts (Annie) of Darlington, PA and Bill Knotts (Kathy) of Seven Springs, NC.

The family will hold private services.
