Roy Brown Obituary

Roy Franklin Brown, 80, of Salisbury passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center of COVID-19.

He was born on September 2, 1940 to the late Albert Ray Brown of Salisbury and the late Mary Brown Neal of Statesville.

Roy was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. His daughter will cherish memories of their fishing trips and family vacations to Florida.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Pinkston Brown and brother, Ray Brown (wife Joyce Brown of Salisbury).

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kristina Beaver-Snider (son-in-law Ray Snider); grandchildren, Courtney Beaver Simmons of Salisbury and Ariel Beaver of Portland, OR; great grandchild, Eleanor Simmons.

The family has no plans at this time for any services.
