Sarah Elizabeth (Holder) Morris

Sarah Elizabeth Holder Morris passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 96.

She was born on March 17, 1929, in Davidson County to the late Clifton Wade Holder and Effie Idaliah Michael Holder.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Robert Morris; her half-brother William Miller Jr.; and her son Ted Morris.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Jackie Morris of Troy, OH and Ann Cooper (Lennie) of Richfield; grandchildren David Morris (Sonya), Jeff Morris, Ellen Morris (Mattley Byerly), Aimee Frantz (Jim), Nicole Brown, and Kelly Reich Byrd; as well as many precious great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A private service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Tillery Compassionate Care at 960 N First St, Albemarle, NC 28001.
