Obituary
Steven Ellis Oliver, 65, of Concord passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
Born in Jefferson County, AL on November 6, 1957, he was the son of Ruby Lee Wickware Oliver and William Leon Oliver.
Mr. Oliver graduated from Ramsey High School in Alabama and went on to do some college classes. He worked for CTI in Locust, NC for over 20 years. He was an Alabama Football fan (Roll Tide). He loved to watch the games, but Alabama was his home team. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, William “Billy” Thomas Oliver and brother, Christopher Wade Oliver.
Left to cherish his memory are his Fiancée, Pamela Kelly; daughters, Jennifer Kelly of Albemarle, Cayla Anderson of Lugoff, SC, and Lelia Kelly of Virginia; brother, William Michael Oliver (Sonja) of Alabama; grandchildren, Joe Bowers, Norman Bowers, Lily Johnson, Kendall Anderson, Cloie Anderson, Bentley Anderson, and Caylinn Anderson.
