Obituary
Teddy Carlin Jordan, 70, of Salisbury passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at his residence.
Born in Cabarrus County on August 24, 1952, he was the son of Peggy Cress Jordan and the late James Carlin Jordan.
Mr. Jordan worked as a brick mason for most of his life. He later went to work at Food Lion. He was a homebody who enjoyed watching TV. He had a love for animals and enjoyed piddling in the yard and working on cars.
Mr. Carlin was preceded in death by his father.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Julie Swicegood Jordan; daughter, Roxanne Davis (Matt); brother, Alan Jordan; sisters, Mickie Fesperman and Sherry Biller; grandson, Dillon Davis.
A celebration of life will be held from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Bethel Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 355 E Ridge Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144.
