Teresa Evelyn White

Teresa Evelyn White passed away at the Novant Health Hospice Center on February 27, 2025, at the age of 56.

She was born on July 5, 1968, in Florida to Mary Wallace and Wayne White.

Teresa was a graduate from A.L. Brown High School in Kannapolis. She worked with her sister Sandra McCorkle at a daycare. She loved to watch Paw Patrol and Dora. She also loved Oreo cookies and milk. Teresa had hot dogs with ketchup and mustard every day for lunch.

She is preceded in death by her father Wayne White (March 8, 2020); niece Julie Beach (September 29, 2019); and grandmother Mary Moore (May 28, 2000).

Left to cherish her memory are her mother Mary Wallace (Brian), Michael White, Sandra McCorkle (John), Diane Renegar, Henry Canup IV (Nicole), Sandra Cook (Billie), and many nieces and nephews. Jayden Hampton, Robert Cook, and Barbara Cook were a few of the names of people whose lives she touched.

A service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday March 2, 2025, at the Glenn. A. Kiser Hospice House, 1229 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144.
