Terry Julian Bond

Terry Julian Bond passed away at the Glen Kiser Hospice House on October 24, 2024, at the age of 80.

He was born on September 13, 1944, in Elberton, GA to TO Bond and Nettie Porterfield Bond.

Terry was a high school graduate from Elberton GA. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran who served in Korea. Terry was an avid fisherman and was a good, caring, loving man to everyone he met.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Nancy Meeta Bond; his granddaughter Makenzie Leigh Hancock; and his grandson Gabriel Hancock.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Michele Hancock (and her husband James); his grandsons Benjamin Hancock and Troy Murphy; and his sister Patsy Kellum of Elberton, GA.

There will be a service at 2:00 pm on Thursday October 31, 2024, at Friendship Baptist Church, 100 Porter Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Friendship Baptist Church.
