Tika Ann (Davis) Waycaster

Tika Ann Davis Waycaster passed away at her residence on May 5, 2024, at the age of 47.

She was born on March 9, 1977, in Rowan County to Sheila Walker Davis and the late James Clifford Davis. She graduated from North Rowan High School in 1995. In the late 90’s Tika graduated from the Travel Academy so she could pursue a career as a Travel Agent.

In addition to her father, Tika is preceded in death by her grandparents Clifford Davis, Mary Davis, and Ruby Albright. Left to cherish her memory is her fiancé David Poole; her mother Sheila Walker Davis; her brother Matt Davis (Roxanne) of Salisbury; her nephew Dillon Carter Davis; and David’s children Alyssa Baker and Julian Poole. She also leaves behind her loved and cherished Boxer, Bocephus Wilson.

A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 pm on Friday May 10, 2024, at Trading Ford Baptist Church, 3600 Long Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146. A celebration of life will occur at 2:00 pm conducted by Rev Mike Motley. A burial will follow in the church cemetery.
