Victoria Comulada Squires

Victoria (Comulada) Squires, 59, of China Grove passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

Born on September 12, 1961, she was the daughter of the late MaryAnn (Hooks) Rodriguez and Gilbert Rodriguez.

Victoria worked as a nursing assistant at BAYADA and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Landis. Victoria enjoyed thrift shopping, couponing, lunch dates with friends and spending time with her family. She also faithfully donated to Tunnels To Towers and St. Judes Children's hospital. Victoria will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, MaryAnn Rodriguez; father, Victor Comulada, Jr.; sister, Valdette Comulada.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Michael LeRoy Squires, whom she married on July 16, 1999; daughters, Patricia Goodman (Tim) of Salisbury, NC and MaryAnn Lane (Justin) of Kannapolis, NC; son, Michael Squires, Jr. (Ruby) of Detroit, MI; brother, Victor Comulada, III (Tammy) of Landis, NC; grandchildren, Michael, Victoria, Bishop, Xander, Annabelle, Abigail, Henley, Alydia, and J.J.

Memorial Service: 11:00 AM Saturday, September 25, 2021 at First United Methodist Church, 209 E Mill St, Landis, NC 28088 with Pastor Holly Evensen officiating.
