Willie hired me, fresh out of college, to for the VA in 1975, this was my first job w/ the VA. Willie and Barba were both exceeding gracious to allow my wife and me to unload our UHall into their basement and then live with them for a few weeks while we were looking for housing. Willie was a great supervisor and I certainly considered him a close personal friend. Willie and Barba introduced us to Southern Hospitality, as we were from KS and never lived outside the midwest. Willie was hardworking but he always quick to smile and had a very contagious laugh. What a great man and a great friend. You will be missed. Enter into the Father's rest.
