Peggy Sue Funderburk

Peggy Sue Cranfield Funderburk, 68, of Salisbury passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at her residence.

Born in Rowan County on November 21, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Annie Mae Rainey and Kenneth Eugene Cranfield.

Mrs. Funderburk attended Rowan County Schools.  She worked as a driver for Rowan County Transportation and earlier at Cannon Mills and Cone Mills.  She was a member of Westside Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Sonny Cranfield.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Randy Funderburk; sons, David Holshouser of Colorado and Bobby Eugene Holshouser of Salisbury; sisters, Bonnie Owens (Keith) of Grover, NC and Barbara Lineberry (Bob) of Walkertown and six grandchildren.

Visitation:  12:30-1:45 PM Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Westside Baptist Church, 201 Clancy St., Salisbury, NC 28147.

Service:  2:00 PM Thursday at Westside Baptist Church with the Rev. Joel Hyatt officiating. Burial will follow at Rowan Memorial Park.
