Clyde Kenneth (Kenny) Mayes, 64, of Salisbury passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at his mother’s residence. He was born on September 14, 1953 in Rowan County to Jeanette Long Mayes of Salisbury and the late Clyde Gilmer Mayes.

Kenny attended Boyden High School and Gardner-Webb University. He worked at Carolina Rubber Hose and Piedmont Natural Gas Company. He attended First Baptist Church and was formerly a member of Trading Ford Baptist Church.

Visitation: A private graveside service will be held at Trading Ford Baptist Church Cemetery.
