Haylee Brooke Menius

Haylee Brooke Menius, 21, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

Haylee was born January 19, 2001 in Rowan County, to Jimmy and Beverly Menius.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim (Bean) and Joyce Menius.

Haylee was a kind soul that saw the good in everyone she met. Haylee’s beautiful eyes and dimples lit up a room when she entered. She loved nature and plants, especially succulents and sunflowers. Pink was her favorite color. Haylee’s motto was “Kindness goes a long way” and she was a trueexample of kindness.

Left to cherish her memory are her brothers, Jason and Travis Menius of Spokane, WA; her sister, Abby Menius; parents, Beverly and Jimmy Menius; grandparents, Richard and Judy Smith. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Trading Ford Baptist Church, 3600 Long Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146, with Pastor Mike Motley officiating. Visitation will follow after the memorial service.
