Jessica Amber Reid

Jessica Amber Reid, 36, of Salisbury passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Medical Center in Concord.

Born on December 12, 1985, she was the daughter of Judson Arnold Reid (Jamie) and the late Angela Dawn Reich McCrary.

Jessica worked as a clerk at Dollar Tree. She was a very loving person and loved frogs and animals of all kinds. She had a great sense of humor and a way with words. Her beauty was deep from inside to out.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Angela Dawn Reich McCrary and brother, Robbie Lee McCrary, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are her fiancé, Donnie Ray Merritt; father, Judson Arnold Reid (Jamie); son, William Austyn Trembley; step son, Justin Ray Merritt; daughter, Keyana Michelle Trembley; step daughter, Nicole Brooke Rowman; brothers, William Jeffrey McCrary, Jr. (Shannon) and Christopher Lee McCrary (Krystin); sisters, Jennifer Carter (Chad) and Destanie Reid (Jessey); grandmother, Shirley McCrary; aunts, Renee and Charles Foster and family, Diahanne Reich and Lisa Westmoreland and family; uncle, James Reid; nephews, Dylan Trembley (Lindsay), Dalton Trembley, Jakob Mullins, Wesley Young, and Branson Roth; nieces, Karisma Carter and Emersyn Rose.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Freedom Baptist Church, 214 Hillcrest Ct., Lexington, NC 27292 with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Visitation and reception will follow at Green Needles Park, 264 Charlotte Dr., Lexington, NC 27292.
