Nancy "Meetta" (Windsor) Bond

Nancy “Meetta” Windsor Bond, 73, of Salisbury passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Novant Health Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House.

Born in Rowan County on December 27, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Thelma Windsor Honeycutt and Charles Windsor.

Nancy was a graduate of Boyden High School and worked in quality control for Verbatim Corporation.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Makenzie Hancock and grandson, Gabriel Hancock.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Terry J. Bond of Salisbury, whom she married on October 7, 1967; daughter, Michele Bond Hancock and husband James R. Hancock, Jr. of Salisbury; grandchildren, Troy Murphy of Mesa, AZ and Benjamin Hancock of Kannapolis.

Service: 2:00 PM Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Friendship Baptist Church, 100 Porter Rd., Salisbury, NC 28146 with Pastor Jason Pierce officiating.
